She was helping brands integrate with influencer content back when Facebook was a place to look at pictures of your friends from college.  She pivoted to mobile in 2010, when advertisers balked that smartphones were only for rich people. 

She was named one of Business Insiders 2013 Most Powerful Woman mobile advertising and a 2015 Woman to Watch by Mobile Marketer.  ​inHouse is Hannah’s 5th start up

 Allison Braham 

Managing Partner, Talent & Sales Strategy

Allison overseas Sales and Talent Strategy at inHouse

 

She started working with influencers back in 2007, as part of founding sales team at Mode Media, one of the first women’s lifestyle digital blog networks and then as Head of National Sales at YouTube’s first fashion and beauty MCN, StyleHaul. 

She developed and implemented the early stage strategic plans that contributed to the success of these companies. StyleHaul was acquired by RTL, Europe’s largest broadcast network in 2014.  Prior to that, she spent 5+ years at Hearst Digital Media where she helped launch a vertical beauty destination and built out a network selling model to monetize Hearst’s fast growing digital portfolio.  

 Alan Clary 

Managing Partner, Production

Alan oversees Production at inHouse where he develops, directs, and produces content for inHouse brand partners. 

 

He comes from over a decade of original programming and branded content experience at Viacom, overseeing experiential content tentpole events for MTV such as Spring Break, VMA Tour, European Music Awards and more. 

 

He understands how to collaborate with the full spectrum of talent from Celebrity A Listers to rising Star Digital Influencers. As an Emmy nominated and award winning producer Alan ensures the content we create on behalf of brand clients at inHouse is entertaining and watchable.

Ed is part of the Production Development Team at inHouse

 

From commercials, brand films, music videos, to episodic television - Ed has done it all. 

 

At inHouse he brings his 20 years plus experience in the entertainment industry to the table, managing our production and post production facilities.

 Rafael Balaguer 

Director, Digital Strategy

Rafael leads distribution strategy and media execution. 

 

He spent years managing social buying and planning for brands like Charles Schwab and Virgin America, and uses those insights and expertise to ensure our campaigns achieve scale and impact. A digital native, Rafael brings the science to the art of influencer activation and social content syndication.
